If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you have 14 days to return your items to us for a full refund. We only ask that items be returned unused, unaltered and with their tags and packaging.
What cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns that have been worn, washed or damaged.
How do I return my items?
Before returning an item, please make sure it meets our return policy:
• The item was purchased in our online shop.
• The item is in its original condition, with all labels and original packaging.
• The item has not been used, washed or altered in any way.
• Returns are made within 14 days of delivery.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. Returns within Switzerland are free of charge.
Where do I register my return?
If you would like to return orders, please write us on our customersupport@phunnid.com e-mail address to register the return.
Within Switzerland we will send you a label to return the goods.
Multiple returns from different orders cannot be sent to our returns center together.

Once we receive your return, you should receive your refund within 14 working days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact customersupport@phunnid.com so that we can investigate this for you.
