Welcome to PHUNNID! Below you will find our general terms and conditions that apply to the processing and processing of your purchases from us.
At www.phunnid.com we offer you the purchase of high-quality fashion goods.
1.1 Contracts on www.phunnid.com are concluded exclusively in German and English. Your contractual partner when ordering PHUNNID products is PHUNNID GmbH,

1.2 By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email.
A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of this order confirmation.
1.3 We are not obliged to deliver ordered goods if we have not received the goods correctly or on time from our suppliers despite ordering correctly. The prerequisite is that we are not responsible for the lack of availability of goods and have informed you of this fact immediately. In this case, any payments you have already made will be refunded immediately.
1.4 We do not assume the procurement risk for ordered goods. We are only obliged to deliver from our own stock of goods and the goods we have ordered from our suppliers.
2.1 The prices listed in the offer at the time of ordering are binding. All prices are final and include VAT.
2.2 For orders from Switzerland, shipping is free for orders over CHF 100.00. For orders under CHF 100.00 we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 8.50.
2.3 For international orders, shipping is free for orders over CHF 200.00. For orders under CHF 200.00 we charge a shipping fee depending on the delivery country.
Payment options include credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.
Promotional vouchers issued as part of advertising campaigns are only valid for the specified period and can be redeemed once.
Gift vouchers can be used to purchase PHUNNID items. If there is not enough credit, the difference can be paid using the available payment options.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you have 14 days to return your items to us for a full refund. We only ask that items be returned unused, unaltered and with their tags and packaging.
What cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns that have been worn, washed or damaged.
How do I return my items?
Before returning an item, please make sure it meets our return policy:
• The item was purchased in our online shop.
• The item is in its original condition, with all labels and original packaging.
• The item has not been used, washed or altered in any way.
• Returns are made within 14 days of delivery.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. Returns within Switzerland are free of charge.
Where do I register my return?
If you would like to return orders, please write us on our customersupport@phunnid.com e-mail address to register the return.
Within Switzerland we will send you a label to return the goods.
Multiple returns from different orders cannot be sent to our returns center together.

Once we receive your return, you should receive your refund within 14 working days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact customersupport@phunnid.com so that we can investigate this for you.
PHUNNID products are guaranteed for 12 months. The guarantee applies to errors in production and transport damage. Grossly negligent handling of the products is not included in the guarantee. If you have any questions about your order, please contact customersupport@phunnid.com.
The statutory warranty for defects applies.
Swiss law applies to legal relationships. The place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of PHUNNID GmbH in Kloten.
